Yup, you’ve got it right. Sometimes you’ve just gotta laugh! Even about the things we DO tell them to do, like “please make your bed,” and “please take out the trash.” It’s most humorous how my kids look at me like I’m speaking a foreign language! Ha, ha!

I loved the short stories! I know exactly what you mean regarding the toilet. why do kids to this. I tell the girls everyday to not forget to flush and the moment they are done with washing there hands they forget to flush. I think it is short term memories.
